The Operations Coordinator is a newly developed role where you will be a key player in assisting the business to grow and thrive, while working on the Eastern Bay of Plenty Network Outcomes Contract (NOC) based out of Rotorua.
About the role:
You will support the Operational leaders by overseeing the management of the routine maintenance works within the network and ensuring all maintenance has been accurately recorded and completed in RAMM.
You will oversee the management of the crew for vegetation maintenance, pavement marking maintenance, pavement repair programs, reviewing subcontractor claims and conducting appropriate auditing of works.
Assisting in Incident Response Management, including coordination of work crews, and working closely with the Cyclic Supervisors and Network Inspectors on field compliance.
This role is highly visible and critical for the day-to-day running of the contract and is a great start for someone wanting to progress into a Project Management role.
What you’ll bring to the role:
• STMS Level 1 Qualification
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in road maintenance
• Good computer skills including word-processing and spreadsheet skills
• A valid, clean, and current Class 1 driver’s license is essential
• Ability to follow procedures and processes
• Experience in RAMM software
• A willing can-do attitude
