With this in mind, we require further support to build on and drive information management across our sales force - Hence the need for this newly created role!

The Role:
Reporting to our National Sales Operations Manager, you will support the development, implementation and documentation of our communication processes and tools to ensure our salesforce receive the right information, so they are equipped to deliver quality outcomes to our customers.  This will include the development of a marketplace plan, coordinating our national and regional sales forums and maintaining our CRM system as well as developing and implementing key business service models and coordinating projects as required. 

About You:
As this is a multifaceted position, you are confident in your ability to manage multiple internal & external stakeholders through business partnering and enabling change across a complex multi-site business and consider yourself as highly organised, methodical individual with an exceptional eye for detail. Your workflow management skills and knowledge of CRM systems, Excel and Visio will also set you up for success as well as a strong understanding of the dynamics within a retail, trade or distribution business.
