The Role
The IT Coordinator oversees a range of administrative tasks associated with supporting the Fletcher Building IT teams. A key challenge for the position is remaining flexible and adaptable to manage, coordinate or carry out a range of activities as the need dictates. The incumbent must be able to demonstrate the ability to act in a professional manner at all times and maintain competency in a fast paced, demanding work environment.

About you 
To be considered for this role, you need to be able to demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills and customer orientation. For us, the soft skills come first as we think technology can be learned if you have the aptitude and the passion for it. Ideally, you will have 5 years experience working in a similar role within which you would have gained experience in:
  • IT Procurement, IT Asset Management
  • Undertaking meeting organisation and secretariat duties 
  • Knowledge of Enterprise systems used for managing Purchasing activities, e.g. JDE, Oracle, SAP etc
  • Financial management knowledge (managing Purchase Orders, Accounts Payable, and budget tracking)
