We have a great opportunity for a passionate HR Administrator to join PlaceMakers Christchurch. This is a busy, diverse role which will provide the right candidate an opportunity to develop within the HR discipline.
The ideal candidate will be a people person and be able to adapt to different working styles and manage multiple deadlines. The role will support a busy team, including reporting and project work, therefore, we are looking for a self-starter who will build their HR generalist capability through exposure to a wide range of HR activities in a busy fast paced environment. 

We are seeking a detail focused candidate who is an effective time manager and proficient across the Microsoft Office suite. You will work alongside the HR team providing administrative support within the following areas
Employment contracts and variations
Maintaining HR documentation, policies & procedures
Recruitment, On-boarding & Inductions
Coordinating engagement surveys, remuneration and performance reviews
Assisting with payroll processing
General administration as required

Working full time Monday to Friday, this role is about learning and adding value by being on hand to drive new initiatives and by being a positive member of this cohesive team. 
Work will be challenging, varied and will provide a steep learning curve so your work ethic needs to be excellent.

A relevant HR degree or HR experience will be an advantage, however not essential as training will be provided.
