The Role
This role is accountable for planning, implementing, and deployment of new and improved functionalities in specialist areas of the company’s People and Performance (P&P) Systems. This includes requirements gathering, designing system setup and processes, documenting designs, completing system configuration, developing test plans, completing readiness checks (post-testing), and establishing support processes for successful deployment.
The role is also accountable for looking after the overall System Health through audit reporting and escalating issues to the vendor.

About You
With exceptional communication skills, you will have expertise in planning and scoping large pieces of work with multiple system dependencies. Proven experience working on software implementation of COTS, SaaS, new development and enhancements is ideal and you will feel comfortable presenting clear instructions and training documentation to key stakeholders. You will also have knowledge of HR functional areas (staffing, compensation, benefits, recruitment, performance and talent, and absence management).
Responsibilities include:
  • Partnering with the Systems Team Leader in establishing and maintaining governance framework and streamlining team processes
  • Managing issues and opportunities from system stakeholders
  • Developing System Health strategy
  • Conducting best practice research and value realization studies for system portfolios
  • Prioritising system enhancements and projects
  • Managing system impact of organizational changes
  • Managing relationships with system vendors
