About the Role
The Digital Workplace Manager reports into the Head of Digital Platforms and Development. The primary purpose of the role is to establish the operational delivery and support for Digital Workplace Tools across Fletcher Building for its ~12,000 internal business users. This role is predominantly focused on the Microsoft Office 365 Suite/Power Platform, (includes Sharepoint Online, OneDrive, Planner, Microsoft Teams & the Microsoft Power Platform [Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI & Power Virtual Agents]).
This role is primarily to manage the team, and assist in delivering solutions that assist in digitising manual processes for our business users, using the Microsoft O365 suite, including Sharepoint Online and Power Platform.
To be successful in this role you will need to work closely with our business stakeholders, assisting with the design and development of solutions, testing, documentation and day-to-day environment management and platform upkeep. The role also includes management and liaison with external vendors, predominantly Microsoft therefore, we are looking for someone who has around of 3 years of team management experience.

- In-depth knowledge of Product Management, Software Development and Service Delivery best practices
- Leading the planning and execution of Power Platform, SharePoint online, Web development tasks and participation in code reviews and Agile software development life cycle.
- Familiarity with Delve, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and have the ability to work independently
- Exposure to large enterprise environments
