You will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership, direction, and management of pricing across all segments to ensure the value of our product
  • Ensure supplier cost increases are fairly and efficiently recovered via regional and/or national price increases
  • Prove, execute, and maintain data and processes for all elements of pricing.
  • Collaborate with others to ensure that information required for pricing is of a high standard.
  • Manage improvement, execution and maintenance of data and processes for all elements of pricing, such as price lists, quotes and tenders.
  • Lead improvement initiatives across pricing, approval workflows, process simplification and information systems.

Ideally you will have experience in the following:

  • A history of working in the pricing field as a analyst or manager, ideally for a manufacturing business.
  • Must be able to engage with many stakeholders across the country, and assist in navigating change.
  • Has a background in working with pricing tools and has intermediate or above excel and data management skills.
  • Open to learn new things and pick up new ideas, systems and concepts.

The role will have a pricing analyst supporting them to ensure strategy, systems and data are aligned and delivered for the business.

Firth is on a growth phase through footprint expansion, sustainable product offering and new product development. 

Firth is a leading supplier of ready mixed concrete, masonry products and premix to the construction industry either directly or through building product distributors. With a team of approx. 700 people, working in 80 sites throughout New Zealand. It's divided into three product groups, Certified, Masonry and Dricon
