About The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Training Coordinator to join our successful People & Performance team and take ownership of this newly created role. Reporting directly to the People & Performance Manager, your primary function in the role will be to liaise with internal employees & stakeholders, manage course registrations and training packages on our internal platform as well as identifying employees suitable for training. You will ensure all employee learning records are up to date and report on the evaluation feedback from training.
To be successful in this role, you need to have the drive and ambition to start or continue your career in Learning & Development. You will have outstanding organisational skills, be a problem solver and have the ability to manage multiple priorities. With excellent communication skills you will feel comfortable dealing with a range of people both over the phone and via email; providing a high level of service at all times. You will be tech savvy with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (particularly in Excel) and preferably have had exposure to in-house training systems.
