The Role
The focus of this role is to work as a strategic partner, with the business, to drive the mission and vision of People and Performance and Fletcher Building. You will be accountable for providing leadership and management of the P&P Systems team to deliver high standards of service delivery and maximising the Group's technology platforms which form the foundation for worker data and processes (Workday, Avature and Cornerstone). You will make design recommendations for the systems development roadmap. This role will deliver reporting and analytics to the organisation that provide valuable insights and enables informed decision-making. You will take responsibility for ensuring the data, process and security integrity of the systems and ensuring development projects lead by the team are well managed, and delivered to time, budget and quality agreements.

About You
You will have 3-5 years of proven expertise in business analysis techniques to elicit, analyse, communicate and document requirements. This will involve managing people and projects in an HR/IT environment. In addition to this, we are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
  • 5+ years HR systems administration/support experience
  • Strong functional HR knowledge base with firm understanding of HR processes and data, especially as related to HR systems
  • A highly analytical mindset
  • Strong ethical standards regarding the handling of confidential information
  • Attention to both detail and accuracy
