About Us
The Fletcher Building family is a community made up of people who use all their experience, skills and individuality to do amazing work. We are listed on both the NZX and ASX and have some 30 businesses across New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific. We are enriched by many different languages, customs and lifestyles and are firm believers in celebrating differences and encouraging a workplace and culture where you can be yourself and thrive.

About the role
We have embarked on a significant, multi-phase ERP project, which involves upgrading our legacy transactional systems with a common group-wide ERP solution, implementing ‘best in class’ business processes, creating a foundation of accurate, timely and consistent business data.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Process Specialist to join the ERP project and become a member of a core process design and implementation team with other Business Process Specialists, External Consultants and Functional Business Analysts.

If this role you’ll be responsible for participating in the establishment and advancement of the design phase of the D@F ERP programme, such that the design process captures business requirements, and the design outcomes meet these business requirements and are aligned with key business stakeholders.

Beyond the design phase the Business Process Specialist is responsible for implementing the agreed Group template and associated business process across Fletcher Building ensuring that the new process is understood and adopted.

About you
We welcome applications from employees who have strong operational experience, particularly with hands on experience with supply chain planning, with a strong understanding of how systems support those business processes.  Exposure to planning tools that are integrated with ERPs would  be highly advantageous.

This role will contribute to the design and implementation of the Forecast to Plan (FTP) process stream across the Fletcher Building group of companies for both Australia and NZ.
Critical to your success will be your exceptional stakeholder management skills, your collaborative approach when engaging with business units, a high level of problem-solving ability and your communication and influencing skills to help manage change appropriately.

Apply now to play an integral part of this highly visible significant, multi-phase ERP project.
