About the Role
Reporting to the Financial Systems Analyst in the Residential & Land Development division, this role will see you working closely with the finance and development teams, learning all there is to know about the IBM Planning and Analytics (TM1) models that support our business. Initially set up to prepare feasibility studies, the tool also holds reporting, forecasting and budgeting models. Once you’re up to speed your responsibilities will include:
- Reporting on the weekly sales & construction analysis report, updating forecasts, and running month end processes.
- Onboarding new staff to TM1 and introducing them to the functionality of the system
- Supporting the Finance team with monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and contributing towards the monthly Divisional Operational Finance Report
- Providing training, support and troubleshooting user queries from the wider division
- Assisting with ongoing projects to support the development of TM1 for our growing business
- Working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects as required
We are looking for a ‘systems-savvy’ graduate of Accounting, Commerce or Information Systems, with ideally at least a year’s worth of work experience in managing information and / or accounting systems. We’re not expecting you to be a TM1 expert (yet!) as it is a niche software, but if you have some experience with JDE, Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, cube reporting or Power BI then that would be a definite advantage. Most importantly we’re looking for someone who is adaptable and customer-orientated that enjoys innovation and can stay calm under pressure!
