The Corporate Finance & Performance team who has oversight for performance management, indirect expenditure, reports, cash management and settlements, as well as general ledger, reconciliations and systems maintenance from a finance perspective.
About the role
You'll be responsible for ensuring a high level of quality, precision and timeliness of the accounting for and internal reporting of Fletcher Building’s corporate entities. The role has responsibility for Corporate Accounting, Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting as well as Accounting responsibility for Fletcher Building’s Retirement Plan.
You will hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting and be CA / CPA Qualified. You’ll have a solid track record in financial accounting or financial auditing from either a large corporate or a Big 4 Accounting firm. Knowledge and understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards is required, as is demonstrated experience in month end financial accounting processes, GST, FBT, Provisional tax and Income tax. You will have strong experience with ERP systems (preferably JDE 9.0 or 9.1) and Hyperion.
