Key focus & responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will be a go-to point for customer service staff at our one of our busiest national operation.  This team is more than customer service they also take orders, liaise with production teams and logistics, deal with complex product enquiries and work in an ever-changing environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing your team and providing practical assistance when required  

• Hands-on leadership of a small team of customer service representatives

• Mentorship and development of the team on an individual level

• Ownership and project management of complex customer queries

What we need you to bring to our team

This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Leader hero.  You will be a great team player, with a problem solving attitude.  You have a commercial mindset and a keen eye for detail.  You are not afraid to roll your sleeves up to get the job done.  You enjoy making a positive contribution and are a continuous learner. 

We are on the lookout for;

• Excellent communication skills

• Steel background (preferred)

• 3-5 years experience within a customer service, preferably a leadership position
