Digital Support Specialist – Mico New Zealand
• Exciting chance to grow your Digital Customer Care career
• Work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
• Permanent, fulltime role based in our Penrose office with WFH options
Mico New Zealand is proud of its history of serving our communities for the past 75 years. Mico Plumbing and Bathrooms is New Zealand’s leading specialist supplier of plumbing and bathroom products to trade, retail and commercial customers with a reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. We are part of Fletcher Building, a diversified global building industry company. With 66 branches and over 500 employees throughout New Zealand, we are the biggest name in plumbing and bathroom supplies.
We have an exciting opportunity in this newly created role, where you’ll provide top-class support to our customers and branches to meet the business’s digital adoption and revenue targets, and help to drive revenue through proactive and reactive communication with our customers and branch teams.
Reporting to the Digital Support Manager, you’ll provide phone, email and online support to our customers, to ensure that any issues or queries are resolved both quickly and effectively. You’ll log any system issues as tickets in the appropriate ITSMT and pursue these issues to make sure our customers get them resolved, and maintain the digital online and internal customer support Help and FAQ pages.
Your relationship skills will prove invaluable, as you collaborate with your colleagues and build and strengthen relationships with both key stakeholders and our customers.
Success in this role is about having a customer-centric and solutions-focused approach, and a collaborative style of work. This role would suit a person who has had previous experience in digital customer care, and who has strong communication capabilities.
In return, we’ll offer you a competitive package, excellent opportunities for training and development, and a strong and supportive team environment. As Mico & PlaceMakers are also part of Fletcher Building, there are great opportunities for training and career development, plus company benefits.
Applications close on Sunday, 2nd October 2022 (unless the role is filled sooner).
