We are currently seeking applications for a Submissions Manager based in Penrose, Auckland.
Reporting to the Head of New Business, you will manage and lead end-to-end development and delivery of compelling submissions to win priority projects across Higgins and Major Projects for the New Business Team, while implementing industry leading best practices and ensuring continuous improvement.
You will lead bid writers and administrators to deliver high quality and timely bid submissions - drive and manage submission deliverables, including proposal production and a well-resourced proposal plan.
You will have experience in a Submissions Management role with a construction tendering environment working across medium to large roading and/or infrastructure bids with the ability to create superior value propositions with sources of competitive advantage identified to respond to customers’ needs and wants including ‘best-in-class’ submissions.
You will also bring with you:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- At least 8 years of industry involvement
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to foster collaboration between multiple teams and stakeholders
- Leadership experience preferred
