An exciting role at our Mico Wanaka branch where you’ll join an awesome tight-knit team and enjoy the variety and opportunities of working with a fun and experienced crew within a large organisation.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday and we will soon all be moving to our brand new, purpose built, showroom. You will play an integral role providing internal sales support to maximise sales opportunities and build long-term customer relationships. You will be based front-of-house in our Showroom and will be our customers first point of contact, working closely with our trade and retail customers, creating quotes and orders, whilst offering exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for understanding customer needs and providing professional solutions; generating sales; meeting sales and margin targets; contributing to sales budgets and strategies for future business opportunities, whilst keeping up to date with the latest plumbing/bathroom trends and improving your product knowledge.

To shine in this role, you’ll bring a customer-focused attitude and strong work ethic to the business and be prepared to work closely and flexibly with the rest of our team. The ability to build rapport and relationships should be your strength and you’ll be IT savvy too. Experience in a sales or retail environment would stand you in good stead for this role, but your attitude and an interest in our industry is what really matters.
