The Role

As a Project Manager reporting to the Head of Vivid Living, you will be responsible for overseeing the pipeline of all Vivid Living projects across Auckland and Christchurch.

You will work closely with our land development, residential construction, and design & planning teams to execute these projects and will provide valuable input into every stage of the process including Design development and feasibility analysis; Resource Consenting; Civil construction; Building consent and design process; Residential construction; and Commissioning and handover of villages.

You will be expected to build and maintain effective relationships between the project and key stakeholders, ensuring all parties are effectively briefed and engaged for the duration of the project, whilst ensuring Vivid Living’s best interests and business objectives are met or exceeded.  

About You

You will be an accomplished project manager who is excited about working in a developing business offering dynamic project delivery and an innovative approach to residential development. 

The ideal person will have the following skills and experience:

  • Extensive experience in design, development and delivery project management in the high-density residential sector 
  • A construction, development or project management related degree / diploma / equivalent qualification 
  • Superb organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills to effectively manage key internal and external stakeholders 
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A positive attitude and the ability to be flexible and proactive 
  • Experience in delivering retirement industry projects would be of interest, but not essential
