We are looking for a People and Performance Advisor to join the team based in Napier. This is a part time role - 26 hours a week.

In this role you will provide fit for purpose P&P advice, support and solutions. Our varied workforce means that one day you might be out on-site getting dirt on your boots, while another will be spent alongside your Regional Leadership team advising and guiding on best practice across P&P. 

About you
  • Be an experienced HR professional 
  • Strong, confident communicator - across all levels
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to act as an HR generalist 
  • Working knowledge of HR legislation and processes in particular ER
  • Relevant tertiary qualification

You’ll bring a highly self-motivated approach to your role - with the proven ability of using your experience and judgement to apply sensible and well-thought out solutions.

Experience within roading, civil works, construction, transport, logistics, infrastructure would be an advantage - however, this is not essential!
