Key focus & responsibilities

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join the team at Stramit, Crestmead. Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the General Manager, you will be responsible for a range of administration and support services to meet the needs of the office and the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

Provide a high level of administration to the business and the senior leadership team
Manage diaries, travel arrangements, internal communication from Senior Leaders
Respond to enquiries, tending to reception as/when needed
Prepare/process payments/invoices/expenses, raising purchase orders
Assist with arranging events/meetings; booking rooms, catering when needed 
Stramit Vehicle Fleet Management in conjunction with the Finance Team

What we need you to bring to our team

  • Administration experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organisation and ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication and ability to maintain professional working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Willingness to be flexible, adaptable and collaborative
