The Role

The role is a 12-month maternity leave cover based at our North Branch office in Westgate, which oversees a variety of communities we’re developing around West Auckland and the North Shore.

This role includes but is not limited to:

- Completing project estimates and measures

Our North Branch office offers a fun and relaxed environment and has plenty of experienced people for you to learn from.

You will be working closely with other QS’s, as well as the wider branch team in Sales, Design and Construction.

About You

We’re looking for someone who has a good knowledge of the residential construction industry and has a few years’ experience as a QS. You will need to have a passionate, reliable, positive, can-do attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills and excellent computer skills, including experience in Microsoft Excel and Cost X.

Application Process

Applications should be made by submitting a CV and cover letter outlining your interest, motivation and what you would bring to this role by way of background, experience and fit for the role and our team.  Please apply online.

We welcome your individuality. We are enriched by so many nationalities, languages, religions, customs, and lifestyles. We are proud of our diversity and see it as one of the things that make us stronger.
