The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller for the Residential & Land Development division, this role has responsibility for the following:

Transactional accounting for our Joint Ventures 
Preparing and managing the monthly and annual financial statements of our Joint Ventures, including liaising with our JV Partners
Submission of month end financial results into our Hyperion (HFM) consolidation models
Running the divisional month end consolidation process 
Working with the management team to analyse and report on our divisional financials

About You

The most important attribute we’re looking for is someone who is a team player, with a positive can-do attitude and is driven to deliver results! Our ideal candidate would be someone working towards their CA/CFA/CPA qualification. Advanced Excel skills are essential, experience in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Hyperion (HFM), and Xero is beneficial.
