We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team in Masterton. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same!

The Role:
Supporting the Wairarapa Maintenance and Construction delivery teams you will be involved in financial accruals and forecasting, preparing monthly claims, reviewing, and processing subcontractors claims, general administrative tasks, preparing the works programmes, reporting and file management.

This is a busy role – and will offer lots of variety!

What you’ll bring to the role:
Strong experience in an admin role with a financial / contracts focus
Competent with Microsoft Excel and Word
Versatility – be effective and efficient
Self-motivated and pro-active
Holds full class 1 licence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Industry experience together with a Business Accounting Qualification is an advantage but is not essential.
