As a T&A Project Systems Analyst, you will act as an interface between the NZ Payroll team as part of our Finance, Strategy and Performance Unit and other Fletcher Building Business Units or departments to deliver T&A and payroll projects to enable operational efficiencies to payroll processes and business operations across the group
This role is a fixed term 12-month contract to see out this project to completion.
This role will see you working with internal customers to understand their business requirements, and ensuring it is aligning with payroll processes. You will provide support to the T&A system implementation project across all business units and T&A sites. This will require configuration and testing of rules, defining and executing test scenarios, tracking and creating reports on defects, and preparing high quality design documentation as solutions are built.
To be successful in this role you will need to have SME experience or similar. You will have a solid technical understanding of T&A and payroll systems, including integration of systems. Have a high level of attention to detail and take pride in output and presentation.
Your role is paramount to ensuring Payroll operates efficiently and effectively and as such you will enjoy taking ownership and demonstrating problem solving skills, assisting others, and working collaboratively.
Chris21, ADI, Workforce Software and Kronos experience is highly preferable. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel to an advanced level.
