The Role

Reporting to the North Branch Manager you will be based at our Westgate office and will have overall responsibility for leading the Sales team to achieve maximum results. The main scope of your role will be to:

Lead the planning and execution of the Region’s Sales strategies and activities;
Research and develop understanding of customer needs and expectations, and provide insights on home design and product development trends within the marketplace;
Provide ongoing sales training, coaching and development to the Sales team and support them on a daily basis;
Work closely with the North branch leadership team to provide insights into our customer needs and provide input into future developments and house designs.

About You

You will be a passionate and results-oriented sales management professional with a proven track record in a leadership role, ideally in the residential building industry.
As a leader you will have experience motivating and guiding teams through a collaborative approach and driving a culture of excellence. 
You will have experience in competitor analysis, sales cycle management and strategic planning to ensure market leadership;
You will be a positive person with a can-do attitude who is capable of boosting team morale and trying out new ideas to increase sales as required.
You will be systems savvy and be an experienced user of CRMs (ideally Salesforce) and be skilled in database management.
