The Role:
Reporting into the Hub Sales Manager, the Commercial Trade Sales Manager will provide leadership, coaching and development to grow the capability of their team. Develop, lead, and execute sales projects. Be responsible for ensuring that their team of Account Managers deliver excellent customer service and solutions-focused sales support. You will take responsibility for meeting your team targets by maximising sales opportunities focusing on new customer acquisition whilst maintaining our high value Commercial trade customers. This is a hands-on supervisory role that will require a multi-skilled leader with a balanced approach to manage day-to-day activities. Promotion and expansion of our commercial trade business and installed solutions within the broader market. 

About you:
With proven history in the Commercial Trade sector and driving sales performance, you're highly motivated, self-driven and capable of building a high-performing team with a strong sales focus. You’re passionate, innovative, and ready to push yourself and your team to meet and exceed performance targets with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels with care and consideration. Hands-on leadership style with positive and engaging personality to drive the best out of your team. Strong business acumen and proficiency in computer systems. In depth understanding of the full sales process within the Commercial building industry.
