We have a great opportunity for someone to join our L&OD team in this Organisational Development role. The purpose of this role is to provide learning solutions and support across NZ Distribution (NZD). This role will see you connect with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic training to improve performance and culture. You will also provide continual coaching and mentoring to the branch network. This role is key to delivering our People Plan and will lead a broad range of OD initiatives that includes Culture and Engagement, Leadership Development, Inclusion and Diversity, Performance Management, Talent and Capability. This is an excellent opportunity to make your mark by delivering impactful people and OD initiatives for the business. This is a fix term contract finishing on in June 2024.
We are looking for someone with broad OD experience, a champion for culture, and an effective collaborator and influencer, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Your organisational, planning and time management skills will be key strengths. And although your role will carry a lot of sole authority, we’re looking for a team player and someone who is able to develop good working relationships across our diverse business.
