The Role:
Reporting into the Hub Sales Manager, the Trade Sales Manager will provide leadership, coaching and development to grow the capability of a team of 6-10 Account Managers. This role will see you drive sales across existing and new customer base.  Be responsible for ensuring that your team of Account Managers deliver excellent customer service and solutions-focused sales support. You will take responsibility for meeting your team targets by maximising sales opportunities focusing on new customer acquisition whilst maintaining our highly valued trade customers. This is a hands-on supervisory role that will require you to be a multi-skilled leader with a balanced approach to manage day-to-day activities. 

About you:
The right candidate would ideally come with experience in the Trade sector or with a similar customer base and have a good understanding of the market. We are looking for a hands-on leader who has a real drive to hunt for sales opportunities and who can really push their team to exceed performance targets.  Someone who is self-driven and capable of building a high-performing team with a strong sales focus. Has the ability to communicate effectively at all levels with care and consideration. Strong business acumen and proficiency in computer systems. In depth understanding of the full sales process within the building industry.
