ABOUT THE ROLE:
Kickstart your 2023 career in this diverse and all-encompassing Digital BA role, where you will be responsible for accurate and timely maintenance and enrichment of the online product catalogue, online documents, and CMS marketplace data.  In addition to this, you will also assist in:
  • Testing and implementation of new developments to our Hybris CMS platform; developing test plan enhancement and bug fixes
  • Data maintenance for platforms owned by key business partners
  • Marketplace content accuracy – including day-to-day troubleshooting, responding to queries and managing the customer feedback pipeline
  • Detection of errors and maintenance of product information on e-commerce platforms, uploading data, imagery, to ensure product content is complete, accurate and visually appealing 

ABOUT YOU:
Ideally you will have 1-2+ years of work experience and a keen desire to broaden your skill set.   • Have an understanding of e-commerce and integration testing risks
  • Be able to absorb and communicate information concisely with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with data enrichment and UAT testing
  • Exposure to UX and UI design 
  • Advanced Excel, MS query and Photoshop desirable
  • Ideally an understanding of basic order fulfilment processes
  • Keen, eager to learn and develop and ready to take on a new challenge that will see you excel in the future
  • Please note, there may be a requirement to work outside of normal work hours when we run production deployments.  It is usually Saturdays or Thursday nights, approximately once per month, although the exact schedule/frequency can vary
