About the Role:
We have a leadership opportunity for a suitable individual to be considered for the Branch Operator role in the Far North. This role will see you tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operational management of our Keirkeri and Kaitaia branches, Leading a team of 35. This role will see you lead and direct all activities related to people, safety, Customer outcomes, innovation, and growth to operations excellence. Coaching and developing the team to maximise sales, margins, and profitability all whilst fostering strong relationships with the team, the Branch network, and customers. 

About You:
We will be looking for someone who has understanding and experience relating to the building sector. You will need to have excellent leadership skills. Previous experience in managing a team and have a good amount of business acumen. We’re looking for someone who strongly believes in the importance of Health and Safety within the workplace as this is an absolute priority for us. 
Your ability to build long term, sustainable relationships with customers and key account holders will be the upmost advantage to you in this role. As well as being an excellent communication who can work with a diverse range of people. 
The ideal candidate will be someone who can ensure our people stay engaged and focused on our customers and has a passion for developing our people so they can reach their full potential.
