Fletcher Living has delivered several high-quality and successful apartment buildings as part of our residential communities in Auckland and Canterbury since 2017.  While terrace houses will remain a key component of the market for new home builds, there’s a growing demand for higher density homes to help address population growth and affordability in Auckland.

We’ve launched a dedicated business unit to manage the planning, delivery and sale of our Auckland-based apartment projects. We have several projects already underway and some finished apartments are ready to be sold!  This is an exciting opportunity to help establish and drive the apartments business and be a major contributor to developing the brand and customer base.

The Role

As a Sales Consultant for the Apartments division, you will be an important member of the Sales team responsible for selling our brand new off-the-plan apartments to our valued customers. You will be using Salesforce to track and follow up with leads generated by our website and other marketing tools. You will need to have detailed knowledge of each Apartment Project and provide a positive and seamless experience for our customers. 

About You

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling apartments off-plan, but we are open to training someone with the right attitude! To be a good fit for this role you will:

  • Know how to close a deal while helping the buyer to move through the sales process
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge, can read plans and articulate apartment details such as room sizes, fittings, design specs, fixtures to customers confidently
  • Demonstrate a high level of communication and negotiation skills
  • Understand the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase Agreements and can answer queries and handle objections immediately if required
  • Be confident in building and maintaining a Sales Pipeline utilizing Salesforce as our CRM
  • Be passionate about motivating and inspiring other sales team members
  • Be goal-focussed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
