We’re currently on the lookout for a Learning & Development Coordinator.

Key focus & responsibilities
This newly created role is responsible for the development, implementation and reporting of programs and initiatives within Stramit.  This role will provide technical product and systems training to the national sales and Customer Service teams to facilitate improved internal (Stramit/TDS) knowledge across the business leading to better adoption of Stramit and Taurean products and improved customer outcomes.
  • Culture of Improvement – Design and implement a culture of improvement, including re-engineering and change.
  • Training Content & Facilitation – Develop appropriate training content, taking into consideration delivery methods (group vs individual; online, in-person etc) and facilitate training in a timely manner across the business
  • Facilitate Induction Training – Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure new starters are provided with training as soon as is practicable
  • New Product Development – Stay abreast of new product initiatives, ensuring training is developed and communicated as part of the product rollout
  • Reporting – Maintain accurate training records, including use of Cornerstone
