We’re currently on the lookout for a Workforce Planning & Reporting Analyst.

Key focus & responsibilities
This newly created role supports the Customer Service team with ensuring we have the right understanding of required Fulltime Employee levels to service our customers across the Customer Service Teams. 
This role will:
  • Forecast workforce planning requirements for the Customer Service to support seasonal events, project implementation and long term projections.  
  • Coach, support and develop the Customer Service Team Leaders on workforce planning and productivity best practices, monitoring and tracking for outcomes.
  • Design and produce regular simplified reporting for the Customer Service team to enable them to easily identify trends and areas of opportunities to improve cost and efficiency.

We are on the lookout for;
  • Experience in operational based workforce planning roles.
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting workforce planning requirements based on bottom up methodologies across multiple CX channels.
  • Demonstrable experience in improving efficiency through process simplification and standardisation opportunities
  • Strong excel skills, experience in IVR systems, WFM systems, Salesforce and a BI platform such as Qlikview.
  • Advanced analytical and modelling skills with experience linking data to business problems.
