Description:
The Higgins Construction division in Auckland are currently looking for experienced Forepersons’ to join the team. You will be working on projects ranging from $25 million to $100 million, there is a strong pipeline of work to be involved in and excellent opportunities to continue to grow your career with Higgins.

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Prior experience working on civil/roading constrution projects
• Experience operating heavy machinary is advantageous e.g. Diggers, Rollers, Watercart
• Class 2 Drivers Licence with WTR endorsements
• Ability to work with crews and foster a winning culture
• Passionate about leading and motivating your team
• Basic computer literacy
• Strong focus on health and safety not only for yourself, your colleagues but also the public
