Description:
We are looking for a hardworking yardperson to monitor and maintain our grounds. This role is important as there is a requirement to keeping the yard organised and tidy. You will first-hand what is coming in and what leaves the yard. If you are looking for a pathway to kick start your career? Then look no further – this maybe the one for you.
- Based in our Tuakau Operations
- Good payrate plus allowances
- Monday to Friday and the odd occasional half day Saturday per month

Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role
To maintain a clean and orderly yard. There will be a requirement to dispense raw materials, and associated products as required in order to meet safety and environmental standards and meet dispatch schedules.
- General labouring
- Forklift - loading and unloading
- Product inspection and assembly
- Ensuring the finished product is consistent and meets quality standards
- Being part of a team that maintains continuous production
- Ensuring stock is rotated and yard is maintained

Ngā Pūmanawatanga Ōu - What You Will Bring
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Mechanical aptitude - you’ve worked with moving parts, machinery and have a knack for understanding
- Forklift Licence as you will be required to drive in the Yard
- Physical fitness and co-ordination
- Good communication and positive team skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
