The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a National Operations Manager to join our business. You will be responsible for providing and delivering the strategic direction of the company’s manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain functions. We operate manufacturing plants in Hamilton and Taupo and have a nationwide distribution network.
You will be a Health & Safety champion, leading and maintaining a focused culture of zero harm and ensuring continuous improvement of safety performance. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance business performance, while leading and coaching your direct reports to enable high-performing teams.
About you
An inspirational leader, you will have Supply Chain and Manufacturing Management experience at a senior strategic level, comprehensive understanding of the complexities that comes with a national multi-site business and have the ability to drive operational efficiencies within domestic and international supply chains. You will be tertiary qualified and possess highly developed customer focus and leadership ability. As an agent for change, you will be agile, innovative and agitate for new technology and improved processes ensuring Laminex is well positioned to exceed our customers’ expectations
