The Role:
This role will see you work alongside and support our SFI Manager in our Central/North Hub. You will be doing general administration duties along with assisting with the Operations of the SFI function. This includes but not limit to qualifying jobs, sending quotes, reading plans, and booking jobs. You will assist with coordinating and managing subtrades services we offer. Supporting out SFI Manager with Project Management and scheduling as required. Communicating positively and build long term relationships with our suppliers and contractors. Identify opportunities and add services and solutions where possible.
This is a flexible role in terms of location. With the ability to be based at our Wairau Park or Cook Street (City) branch. As well as the option to work from home on occasions.
About you:
The Ideal candidate will have administration experience and broad knowledge of the building industry. Technical experience in the building industry is preferred. This role would require someone who is proficient with technology and computer skills and has the ability learn new systems. You will need to be flexible, with self-discipline and have a competitive streak.
This role has a lot of potential to grow into something bigger. Given this, we would love to have someone join our team who is driven and is keen to grow and progress.
