The Tradelink Opportunity

Reporting to the National People and Performance Manager, you will work closely with an experienced and diverse team comprised of Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, HR Business Partners and administrators.

This is a project role working with the team across areas including engagement initiatives, remuneration reviews and workforce planning.  The role also provides regular reporting and analytics, particularly important in a competitive and changing market!

A typical day would include:
  • Working with the team on project planning, communications and resources for ongoing employee engagement initiatives
  • Regular people analytics using a combination of HRIS and BI data software
  • Supporting the team in planning and implementation of the remuneration review
  • Providing back-up for the HR administration team on generating employment contracts and answering queries
What you will bring

You have an amazing service ethic, you’re motivated and focused on accurate delivery. You can manage and prioritise volume – we service very busy teams! You’re comfortable regularly problem solving - essential for the role.

From a technical skill perspective, you’ll have intermediate to advanced Excel skills. You have experience using an HRIS (e.g. Workday) and in drafting communications and project planning.
