The Role:
As part of our Trade Sales Team at PlaceMakers in our South/East Hub you’ll play an integral part in keeping our valued customers on board & proactively find new business. You'll be heavily involved with regular touch points & result driven engagements. Collaborate with your team, communicate with customers around stock availability, delivery times and pricing. You’ll go to building industry & trade events to keep up to date with market trends & attract new business. Maintaining our great customer relationships by regular visiting clients and attending networking events. You’ll be well supported & trusted to operate with flexibility in return for good results. You will be joining a supportive and diverse team of 6 Account Managers within our Trade Sales Team. This role is a full-time permanent role offering 40 hours a week.
About You:
We’re looking for someone ideally with experience in the Building/Construction Industry or who has extensive Sales experience. You will play a lead role in developing brand awareness and capturing sales opportunities, your passion and knowledge of the trade industry as well as your sales drive and resilience will be essential. In addition to this, you will also need to demonstrate Excellent communication skills and be fluent in English and preferable in Mandarin. Highly motivated with exceptional work ethic and a positive can-do attitude. You will need to have a down to earth and solutions focused approach. Your interpersonal skills will be vital to build long term, credible relationships.
