Customer Service Representative

Right now, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Rotorua branch team as a Customer Service Representative. As a member of our fabulous team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive excellent service and support.

Responsibilities:

• Answering customer inquiries and providing product information
• Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate order entry
• Communicating with customers regarding delivery schedules and order updates
• Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborating with sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Contributing to team goals and achieving individual performance targets
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing, construction, or a trades-related industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM software (preferred but not essential as training will be provided)
• Understanding of roofing products and industry terminology (preferred but not required)
