Description:

The Higgins Green Team in Tauranga have an opportunity available for an experienced Project Director who will manage the delivery of works for a significant piece of transport infrastructure valued at around $50m. You'll be the key contact for the client, designers and stakeholder. You will also fulfill the Contractors Representative role on the project and as such, you must have had prior experience in this capacity.

As a senior member of the Team you will have a high level of interpersonal skills, an intimate knowledge of the New Zealand construction industry, with strong networks and relationships at client, consultant and project stakeholder levels. A proven track record of delivery of infrastructure work in New Zealand will be essential for success in this position, and exceptional leadership nous, negotiating and people management skills will be crucial.

Managing a team of 3 x Project Managers, Engineers and a mix of self-perform crews and subcontractors, you will grow and develop your teams and build solid capability to deliver projects now and into the future.
