About Us

If we could have it our way, people would talk a little less about housing and a lot more about living. That's because we believe the Kiwi dream is bigger than a quarter acre. It’s about living the life you want. So, we create neighbourhoods designed to nurture living in all its beauty, richness and variety.

The Role

You will be working with a committed team of Construction professionals to deliver a carefully programmed schedule of mixture of stand-alone, medium-density terraces, two-stories and multi-level apartments.

We are building all over Christchurch including a major re-development project within the CBD as well as our own subdivisions in Matai Springs (Halswall) and Greenstead (Lincoln). We also have a dedicated development team committed to ensuring we have a healthy pipeline of projects so we will never run out of work on your doorstep.

  • Experience in Residential building
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
