We are looking for an exceptional Administrator to join the Easysteel team! Based in Penrose, you will be the key person to provide integral internal administration support across the Special Steel’s site as well as general administrative tasks.This is a 12 month Fixed-term position, to cover maternity leave.
About the role:
- Running the office - including raising purchase order numbers, running reports, updating our boards, and other adhoc admin tasks
- Assist with Health and Safety – follow up corrective actions, compliance, training, scheduling and maintaining relevant training documentation
- Liaising with stakeholders – with a key focus on continuous improvement
- Receipting and labelling of stock and follow through with the logistics team for claims
- Have proven admin experience with Microsoft Suite
- Be reliable, punctual and enjoy working in a team.
- Have immaculate communication skills, both written and oral
- Warehousing or Manufacturing experience is preferred – if no experience, then you would have to be comfortable working in this environment.
- Always be willing to offer a hand whilst being approachable and friendly.
