As a Regional Sales Support Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our regional sales team and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, assisting with order processing and logistics, and providing product information and technical support. Your dedication and proactive approach will contribute to achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and providing product information, pricing, and technical support.
  • Assist the sales team in managing and processing orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to existing customers.
If you have previous experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably within the building materials or related industry, we’d love to hear from you. As well as being a driven and motivated individual you will have:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software applications.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain product specifications to customers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding targets.
