About the role 

We’re looking for great Senior OD people who can take ownership of some of our OD programmes of work. We are looking for people who can work across Senior Talent Management and Succession Planning programme, Leadership, Performance, Culture & Engagement. You’ll be involved in everything from design, development and some of the delivery. We need your strategic OD expertise to ensure our programmes are modernised for our business, our future leaders and that there’s alignment to Fletcher Building’s wider strategy, which in turn will drive improved performance and culture. 


You'll partner and influence across the business, applying your commercial knowledge and effective stakeholder relationship management skills. This will be coupled with effective analysis, design and development skills, ensuring fit for purpose and relevant interventions that enable individuals and Fletcher Building. 


About you 

You’ll be a seasoned senior OD professional, with proven experience in designing and delivering OD initiatives within complex business environments.  

 

Critical to your success will be your ability to articulate OD projects through meaningful narrative to CE level leaders. This will be achieved by being a highly skilled influencer, with proven leadership capability and the ability to manage to a critical path.
