Brian Perry Civil is in a strong growth period with long-term secured projects ready to start. 
As part of the Fletcher Building group we deliver a wide range of civil construction projects across New Zealand and the South Pacific, specialising in civil structures, 3 waters, ground improvement, foundations, and piling work.  

We are looking for experience people for our Paving Team.  We have a number of roles available for Supervisor, Foreman and a number of Operator position.

You will need to have experience in slip form paving, working particularly with Wirtgen branded equipment. Brian Perry Civil is unique in using this technology in NZ. 

Paving Supervisor
  • 10 years experience in slipform paving, airport installations highly regarded
  • Experience using Wirtgen branded equipment & GPS systems (Preferred, but not essential)
  • Good understanding of slipform concrete mix designs / curing and texturing concrete
  • People leadership / supervisory experience
  • Highest levels of commitment to Health & Safety

Paving Foreman:
  • Experience in horizontal slipform paving infrastructure works
  • Experience using Wirtgen branded equipment (Preferred, but not essential)
  • You will have the ability to finish all facets of concrete
  • Must have a clean class 1 Drivers License
  • Have a WTR (Wheels, tracks & Rollers) license
  • Have previous experience managing a team in a construction environment

Paving Operator
  • Ideally you will have slip form concrete paving experience
  • Experience using Wirtgen branded equipment (Preferred, but not essential)
  • Have experience working with TCM (Texture Curing Machine)
  • Must have a clean class 1 Drivers License
  • Have a WTR (Wheels, tracks & Rollers) license
  • Be physically fit and be able to participate in Heavy manual labour at times
  • Communicate and co-operate with your team
  • Act as a spotter at times
  • Competitive hourly rate plus 1 ½ hours paid overtime after 44 hours work – potential to earn 50-+ hours a week in summer months
