Dricon′s extensive range of bagged premixed concretes, and post-hole mixes are used by tradespeople and DIY enthusiasts for all types of commercial and domestic construction purpose.

We are seeking a Production Operator to work as part of a team based at our plant in Tuakau.

Working closely with our production team you will be a strong team player who is happy to do whatever is necessary to ensure the plant’s high standards of product quality are met. You must be able to work independently, be self-motivated and a positive team player, who enjoys a hands-on quality role. 

As a Production Worker you will:
  • Produce, and package finished Dricon products to specification, at consistent levels of quality in order to achieve the planned production schedule
  • Bagging, stacking products using a Forklift and quality control
  • Work in a team to accomplish production goals
  • Perform well under pressure, dealing with stress in a healthy manner
  • Work to high safety standards and take actions to further improve safety

About you:
  • Hold a current NZ Full Driver's Licence and F Endorsement
  • Physically fit – manual labour lifting objects up to 25kgs in weight
  • Be able to handle manual labour 
  • Have a mechanical understanding
  • Must be able to work in New Zealand
