The focus of this role is to explore aligned product or segment opportunities within the New Zealand precast civil market to maximise revenue, market share growth and to maximise sustainable profitability.
Embracing a growth mindset, the ideal candidate will be proactive seeking continuous improvement ensuring the Humes business is well represented technically, and our product offering is fit for purpose providing commercially sustainable solutions for our customers.
Ngā Pūmanawatanga Ōu | What You Will Bring
We are looking for an effective communicator who is an expert at seeking out new business and maintaining confidence with our existing stakeholder, you will ensure that you are up to date with essential product knowledge and understanding customer needs.
You will preferably have gained experience within the infrastructure industry or have a manufacturing background and be familiar with our various specialist markets.
