About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Credit Officer to join our team based in Crestmead (south of Brisbane).

Key responsibilities:
  • Collection and management of a portfolio of active trade accounts.
  • Daily customer payment allocation and processing of receipts.
  • Reconciliation and resolution of customer queries and claims.
  • Process credit applications for new accounts as well as periodic customer reviews for risk mitigation and limit increases.
  • Review and release of sales orders on credit hold.
  • Master data management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with account customers, internal and external stakeholders.
About You

  • Strong experience with working with customers in a busy environment.
  • Experience in AR or Credit Management highly regarded.
  • Proactive mentality with a keen interest in continually building your own skillset and helping others.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Tech savvy, experience with excel including v lookup.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
