About the Role

As an Associate Development Manager, you will be instrumental in assisting the Residential and Land Development team with the overall strategy and delivery of projects from feasibility through to handover on completion. You will work closely with the team in the sourcing and procurement of land / development opportunities. The position requires coordination and management of a range of activities including initial market research, procuring consultants, compiling contracts, raising POs and financial budgeting. 

About You

We’re seeking someone with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in land development, who has a working knowledge of processes such as master planning, design, titling, financial budgeting and consenting. 

Other relevant qualifications, skills & experience include:

  • Experience in Property Development, Construction, Engineering or Planning and a relevant degree
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills and an ability to develop strong, constructive relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and influencing skills
  • A desire to learn and develop your current skills and experience
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Ambition and drive to get results, and able to use your own initiative
