Description:

About us
FletcherTech is Fletcher Building’s technology team. Operating as a dynamic hub of innovation and collaboration, FletcherTech is at the forefront of shaping the future of all Fletcher Building businesses. We are passionate about performance and put our customers and Fletcher Building businesses first. We consistently think of innovative ways to solve our customers’ needs and look for ways to improve.

About the role
We have an excellent opportunity for an Enterprise Architect to join us.  Reporting to the GM Architecture, this a key role in the Architecture community. You’ll be responsible for being a single point of clarity and technology leadership for our NZ Distribution division (PlaceMakers, Mico Plumbing and Tumu) and their E-Commerce platforms.

The role enables our business to analyse opportunities early, accelerate teams, and make technology decisions that maximise our investment to value across a portfolio of change.  You’ll have accountability for the overall architecture and its progression in our Distribution division. Working directly with key stakeholders inside and outside of FletcherTech, you’ll be pivotal in aligning our business goals to our overall technology strategy.  You’ll also provide assurance across the initiatives, working closely with Solution Architects both within FletcherTech and with our partners, to ensure we deliver cohesive and sustainable solutions.

About you
Ideally, you’ll hold a formal qualification in Architecture frameworks and/or domain driven design (e.g. TOGAF. Archimate, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).  This will be coupled with significant experience in architecting E-Commerce solutions, leading solution architecture projects and IT led change programmes within large scale or multi-business unit environments.  Domain architecture knowledge including process, applications, data, integration, infrastructure, operations and security is a must, as is strategic business acumen, understanding of organisation strategy and the ability to design simple, flexible, secure and sustainable technology solutions to deliver that strategy.

Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud / Hybris, S/4 Hana or other large scale E-Commerce implementations would be highly advantageous.

Critical to your success will be your ability to articulate the architecture technology strategy, initiatives, and value through meaningful narrative with Senior leaders. This will be achieved by being a highly skilled influencer, with proven leadership capability and the ability to manage to a critical path.
